Step 2: Choose your delivery method
Choose between local pickup in Providencia or Chilexpress shipping nationwide.
Step 3: Pay securely with Flow
You pay in Chilean Pesos with Flow, with no hidden fees or extra charges upon delivery.
Step 4: Receive your cards
Pick them up in person in Providencia or track your Chilexpress shipment.

We offer two delivery options so you can receive your cards the way you prefer.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your order near a Metro station in Providencia, Santiago. After your payment is confirmed, we'll contact you via WhatsApp and email to coordinate the meeting point and time.
Chilexpress Shipping
We ship your cards with Chilexpress to all regions of Chile. All shipments include tracking and cards are protected with sleeves, toploaders, and rigid envelopes.
Shipping Protection
All cards are packed with protection: sleeves, toploaders, and rigid envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we review the case and resolve it with a refund or replacement. See full details in our Return Policy.
Delivery Times
For local pickup, we contact you via WhatsApp and email after payment is confirmed to coordinate the meeting point near a Metro station in Providencia.
Chilexpress shipments typically arrive within 1-3 business days within the Metropolitan Region and 3-7 business days to other regions.
Short return summary
If a card arrives:
- damaged,
- in worse condition than expected, or
- different from what you ordered,
just contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will review your case and help with a refund or replacement.

We ship your cards with Chilexpress to all regions of Chile. You'll receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched. Shipping cost is calculated based on your region during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
For now, we use simple flat-rate shipping based on your region. You'll see the final shipping cost before paying at checkout.
Do orders have tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, and we send the code as soon as it ships.
Can I pay with a Chilean card?
Yes. All payments are in CLP via Flow.
Do I need to pay import taxes upon delivery?
No. The price you see already includes:

- import fees
- handling
- international shipping
Are the cards new or used?
It depends on the seller. We show each card's condition exactly as provided by verified vendors.
What happens if a seller cannot secure the items?
We notify you immediately and issue a full refund or help with replacements.
