Refund and Return Policy — LatamTCG (Chile, MVP)

Summary (TL;DR)
- • We accept returns only for: incorrect item, shipping damage, or sealed product defect.
- • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery (sealed defects: within 7 days).
- • Returns are not accepted for change of mind on individual cards.
- • LatamTCG captures a photo at dispatch for each qualified order; we will compare with your evidence.
- • Refunds are issued after verification (and, if necessary, after inspecting the returned item).
Eligibility
We accept returns/refunds only in these cases:
- Incorrect item received (printing/version different from what your order confirms).
- Item damaged in transit (visible damage to product/packaging upon arrival).
- Defect in sealed product (e.g., altered seal).
We do not accept returns for individual cards once opened/handled, except when there is clear proof of shipping damage or incorrect item.
Timeframes
- • Incorrect item / shipping damage: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- • Sealed product defect: notify us within 7 days of delivery.
After these periods, we cannot process returns or refunds.
How to start a claim
- Send an email to hola@latamtcg.com within the valid timeframe and include your order number.
- Attach evidence photos:
- The item as received (front view)
- The external packaging and shipping label/dispatch guide
- We review within 48 hours. If approved, we will send a Return Authorization (RMA) or immediate resolution steps.
- Refunds/replacements are processed through Flow after verification and, when applicable, after inspection of the returned item. Processing time depends on the original payment method (see 'Refund Methods' section).
Dispatch evidence: LatamTCG may capture a photo at dispatch (product + shipping label/dispatch guide). Your claim will be verified against this record.
Return conditions
- • Items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and in their packaging.
- • Returns must be authorized in advance with an RMA.
We may deny refunds when:
- There are signs of use/handling after delivery.
- The received item does not match what we sent.
- Evidence is insufficient or inconsistent with our dispatch records.
- Timeframes are missed.
Shipping and costs
- • LatamTCG error / shipping damage / sealed defect: we cover return shipping.
- • Unauthorized or ineligible returns: customer covers shipping; package may be rejected.
- • For high-value orders (threshold defined by LatamTCG), we may require tracked shipping and delivery signature.
Fraud and forgery prevention
To protect our community, all claims are subject to verification. LatamTCG may deny or revoke refunds in cases of suspected fraud, forged returns, or item alteration, and may restrict account access and/or file payment disputes.
Refund methods
Refunds are processed through Flow, our payment provider, and issued in CLP using the original payment method:
- • Debit card: 1-3 business days
- • Credit card: 10 business days
- • The customer has 10 calendar days to accept the refund from notification. If not accepted, the money will be returned in the next settlement.
Refund fee
Each refund has a cost of $202 + VAT ($240 CLP), which will be deducted from the next settlement and invoiced once the refund has been accepted by the customer.
Initial shipping fees are refunded only when the problem is attributable to LatamTCG (incorrect item, shipping damage, sealed defect).
